How to Get to Hayakawa Mental Health Clinic Issha Nagoya

The Hayakawa Mental Health Clinic Issha is located a one-minute walk from Exit 2 of Issha Station on the Higashiyama (yellow) subway line.
It is easy to find. Here is a visual guide to know how to get there:
1) Get off at Issha station on the Higashiyama line Exit #2.
2) As soon as you exit the station, you will see Higashiyama-dori, a large road. Do not cross the large road. Instead, take the small crosswalk where the bus lane is.
You should see the cars heading towards you as you walk East along Higashiyama-dori
3) Walk to the third building on your right. Across the large street, you will see a gas station – that means you are in front of the correct building.
The sign on the building is in Japanese it says
“はやかわこころのクリニック一社”
You will see a pharmacy on the first floor.
4) Take the elevator (or the stairs) to the second floor of the building. When you reach the second floor, you will see an outdoor walkway.
Go straight to the end of the walkway, and you will see the entrance of the clinic. You will notice a lot of plants!

The Hayakawa Mental Health Clinic Issha is conveniently located in Issha, which is in Meito-ku.

Parking:
The clinic has free parking for patients. One lot is accessible from the front of the building on Higashiyama-dori, and the other lot is available by entering the basement from the street behind the building.
Front Parking Lot:
If you are coming from Higashiyama-dori heading West (towards Hoshigaoka) this is the easiest one to find. The entrance is located next to the pharmacy on the first floor of the building.
Just push the button to retrieve a yellow parking ticket from the machine as you enter. Note there are two gates as you enter and leave. The first gate will lift as soon as you retrieve your ticket. As you proceed, you will notice another gate. Please wait a moment for the second gate to lift open. There is no specified parking lot number. After your consultation is over, present it to the reception staff, and they will validate it for you. When leaving simply put it into the machine to raise the gates.
(Please note that using this parking lot is not advised if you are coming by motorized bike/scooter, etc.)
Rear Parking Lot:
If you are coming from the West on Higashiyama-dori (towards Kamiyashiro) the other parking lot is behind the building and requires you to turn right at the intersection next to Issha station (Exit 1).
Then take an immediate left on the first street.
Go for about 50 meters, and you will see the entrance on your left.
There are two machines on the first floor for tickets, one for dispensing them and one for inserting your validated parking ticket. You can park in any available space. However, please take note of your parking lot number and wait for it to be displayed on the machine to the right. Once your number lights up, push the button, and it will dispense the ticket. Take the elevator (or the stairs) to the second floor of the building.
After your consultation, present your ticket to the reception staff, who will validate it for you.
When leaving the clinic, go to level B1 and push the blue button on the machine to the left. Enter your validated parking ticket, and then you can depart.
