【重要】コンサータ®錠の供給制限に関するお知らせ
製造元のヤンセンファーマ株式会社より、コンサータ®錠（18mg/27mg/36mg全規格）の
出荷調整が行われているとの連絡がありました。
現在の状況：
・全国的に供給不足が生じています
・当院では現在、コンサータ®錠を入手することができません
・供給安定の見通しが立っておりません
当院の対応について：
現在、コンサータ®錠の処方を見合わせております。
大変申し訳ございませんが、どの薬局に在庫があるか把握が難しくなっております。
処方をご希望される方は、ご自身で各薬局へ在庫確認をしていただきますようお願い申し上げます。
他の治療薬への変更について：
当院では、他のADHD治療薬への変更検討に応じております。
切り替えをご希望の方は、診察時にご相談ください。
お手元に残薬がある方へ：
供給が安定するまで、残薬で対応いただきますようお願いいたします。

Important Notice: Concerta® Tablet Supply Shortage
We have been informed by the manufacturer, Janssen Pharmaceutical K.K.,
that shipment restrictions are in place for all Concerta® tablet strengths (18mg/27mg/36mg).
Current Situation:
・There is a nationwide supply shortage
・Our clinic currently cannot obtain Concerta® tablets
・There is no clear timeline for when supply will stabilize
Our Clinic’s Response:
We are currently suspending prescriptions for Concerta® tablets.
We sincerely apologize, but it is difficult for us to know which pharmacies have stock available.
If you wish to receive a prescription, please contact pharmacies directly to check their inventory.
Switching to Alternative Medications:
Our clinic is available to discuss switching to other ADHD medications.
If you would like to switch to an alternative medication, please consult with your doctor during your appointment.
For Patients with Remaining Medication:
Please use your remaining medication until the supply stabilizes.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and concern this may cause.
